Alexandar Georgiev looks like an absolute steal for the Avs… Their defense has been hightly questionable at best to start the season and he's stolen them some early wins or at minimum a point against some high-powered offensive teams like Minnesota, Winnipeg, and now Vegas.
Last couple of games, the Avs defense looked lost. Not terrible but just like they are figuring stuff out as has the offense. Georgiev has been pretty decent. He seems like the type that the more he plays, the better he gets. He just needs ice time and he'll be fine. Also helps that the Knights goalie situation is pretty terrible. That's going to be an issue down the road
Just expect so much more from Makar. Prob not fair this early and not have Toews with him. But Byram is fun to watch so far. We will see what happens in a month
