The fan reaction are realistic because we have a really passionate fanbase, the problem is we keep selling success to the fans but then completely shit on ourselves. There's no middle ground, this isn't a hockey team right now but more of a representation of a shitty city and culture mixed with arrogance.
Our top guys are 2nd and 3rd line guys at best. I’ve been saying it for years now. Toss Petterson, Horvat, Boeser and Myers. We need an actual Captain and Owners who give a shit about hockey and not tax write offs.

Sad is all I can say. Loyal Canucks fans deserve a lot better. But when the owners don't give management free rein to do the kind of radical shake-up this team needed in the off-season—- and instead keep the same basic line-up, give Brock Boesser (who is totally over-rated) a big new contract—- don't expect a winning team. Players like Elias Petterson have been given lots of time and patience to develop into the high-scoring, franchise leader that he was expected to be. It ain't going to happen.

JT Miller yelling at Luke Schenn? Are you kidding me JT? Wrong player on your team to be yelling at. Try yelling at the biggest softies on the team and quit relying on Bruce Boudreau to throw your (soft) teammates under the bus. At some point accountability needs to come from the players and teammates, and JT Miller needs to get in the face of the guys that are completely disappearing, ie: Boeser, Hughes, Petersson – not a guy like Luke Schenn who fights and actually tries to compete and play hard… only to be shit on by his own teammates. Good example of why this team is where it is, and it has nothing to do with Bruce.

I would be embarrassed if I ever resorted to this against the team. They know they're not good enough. They know it's not happening for them. Why do 19,000 people need to make that situation worse for them? That's like kicking them when they're already down. You can see it on their faces, especially Miller who is incredibly down on himself, and I feel so sad for him, as he seems like a very genuine guy.
I do not agree with this at all and I am ashamed of every fan that did this at the final whistle. Some fans ye are.

What are you booing? Do you know anything about hockey. They played really well, but did not get the results. They made a few mistakes that cost them. They will be just fine. A couple bounces, and they win easily. Buffalo swept Alberta, and BC.
