They are small in stature and cant impose their will on other teams

Make changes get some players that don't quit and stop your players from playing video games get them to grow up
Miller my fav Nuck (talent, speed, grit) is playing like a jerk. Wont back check, playing like he is daring the coach to bench him. Bench him, not doing much on the ice ATM. The Nucks can still get a great deal for him in a trade.
