Remember, Samuelsson replaced Bryson on their top pair D with Ristolainen and Bryson moved back to 3rd line, when Dahlin and Jokiharju were playing 2nd pair D. McCabe was injured and Miller had been playing sparingly when Borgen was playing 3rd pair D.
A defencesive shakeup is what I would look at.That would mean Tyler Meyers or OEL.Possibly Pearson or Garland.The return a good right shot d man and picks and gain some space.Anaheim has Klingberg so a Meyers for Klingberg trade would be possible if Meyers was to wave the no move clause
MY guess, the sooner that Samuelsson gets better, the faster Clague is replaced. Doesn't hit as much and doesn't block as much, doesn't take the puck away and gives the puck over more.

In my mind Miller is a money hungry slimeball and a cancer in that Vancouver dressing room. The only reason he went on the scoring tear he did was to prove he deserved money. Yes that new contract does not kick in for another year. However now that he has that contract he has proven through these first 6 games that he only wanted money and didn't truly care about playing for the fans and the logo on the jersey.
