At this point last year I was assuming the Leafs were gonna tank for Wright. Colorado also started last year in this fashion.
That being said, something is very wrong with our top 4 defensive pairings (Holl and Rielly specifically). Holl has one good game and a couple awful ones. Our third line has zero chemistry and our top line has been figured out by every coach.
on the bright side, we can fix the offensive problems over the season and our goaltending has been unreal considering the amount of chances our D is giving the opposition.

Matthews is the best player on the ice. Marner is getting paid 10 million a season to do figure eights around the perimeters and become utterly useless in the playoffs. Nobody is scared of Mitch marner
