I remember my Dad bragging up the Gordie Howe years at the Olympia. All I had ever known was the Dead Wing era…..always losing with a great center in Yzerman. Then enjoyed the greatest rivalry, Cup wins, 25 years of playoffs. And the cycle begins again……hope we get better and get in the playoffs again. The Ave's are obviously back.
