We just witnessed the hardest practice in the Darryl Sutter 2.0 era. An absolute bagger. You’d think the guys would be exhausted and immediately head off, right? NOPE. Every single one still out there doing extra work. They’re a different breed. pic.twitter.com/uIaHnQe0o3

Makes sense to do this in the middle of a 3 day break. Sutter preaches to practice like you play so the long practice during a longer break is smart, they’ll likely have a shorter one tomorrow. Wills also commented on this was probably the longest practice in 2 years.
I really feel that we exorcized an organizational demon this offseason. I’m not pointing at any specific player but I do feel like something radically shifted in our team philosophy.
Thank fucking christ….
It’s why there’s so much excitement around this team, it’s rare that a team exceeds the hype.
One thing I’ve wondered recently, is out lower level of injury due to Sutter’s insistence on conditioning?
This is the way. Love to see them taking their worth ethic and conditioning so seriously. Let’s fucking go boys
