Wild absolutely deserved to win this one. They played hard despite a few turnovers, it’s looking more like the wild we know

  2. letoiledunordstars

fun game, frustrating loss but feels like we played mostly well

  3. xarmetheusx

That was the most infuriating 4 minutes, all that possession and barely had 1 real shot on goal

  4. Urbantreefrog

Imagine freddy G being your first line center

Feel so bad kirill is stuck in this cap space drama .

  5. Durlaker_One

Too many cute passes, taking way too long to set up one timers that never seemed to work out and allowed the Red Wings to pull their entire guys in front of the goalie.

Shitty that we lost, but I thought it was a good game. Time to beat the shit out of the Red Wings on NHL 23.

  7. I’ll take the blame for that guys, I’m in San Jose for work and thought it’d be fun to check out a sharks game instead of watching the wild

Brodin Tracker: I won’t say that he’s back to avoid a jinx, but this game was everything that we take for granted about how he plays. One small mistake with clearing the puck early but he was exceptional this game. The skating, the positioning, the jukes, the recovery, the passes, it was all on display. Unfortunate result because of the lack of offense. On to the next game.

Tough loss. We needed that win and truly deserved it… The hardest games to lose are the ones that we need and deserve. Damn.

The 3 EGREGIOUS as fuck missed calls in the last 4 minutes of the second period made the difference because of fucking course it did.

The Wild played really well, and had great offensive pressure and defensive awareness. They just let Raymond score when their defense let them in. I was annoyed by the fact the Wild, for all the O-zone pressure, kept getting muscled off the puck, dragged down, or couldnt’ get clean chances at Husso.

  12. a few moments of sloppy play, some bad luck, and the inability to buy a penalty. hopefully we can play a little more solid next game. frustrating to lose when it feels like we outplayed them for 55 minutes.

  13. McBugman

So let’s talk about Boldy’s drought, he’s looking solid every game but maybe he needs to be paired with a more skilled player.

That was frustrating as hell. Need to get more chances from the middle of the ice not weak attempts from the outside. Their defense was like a forest of trees and we just couldn’t seem to generate those prime opportunities. Seems to follow the common trend of us struggling against teams with big D.

Man, turns out it’s really hard to win when the officials decide it’s just open season on your squad

  16. Mthomas1174

Seemed like every time they could get a scoring chance in the third the puck took a weird bounce. D locked them down pretty well, play like that is how you usually win games but sometimes the luck can be against you

Simply put, half of this team isn’t producing enough. We have 6 forwards with a combined 3 goals and 4 D with a combined 0 goals after 8 games. Not gonna win many games with more than half the team barely scoring goals.

  18. WildKodiak

The thrill scores right off the bat then we play 55 minutes without a goal… every game is different but we let this team off the hook.

  19. The_Red_FoXXX

How did we only have one PP all game? Refs handed this one to the Wings on a silver platter.

  20. tyrshand90

You gotta admit. Detroit’s defense was on point. They weren’t really giving us much to work with. If we keep playing this way it’ll come together

  21. Sorry, missed out on this one folks. Had a 60th b-day party to go to. Sounds like it was a decent game. Both goalies must’ve looked good. A PP goal with 5 seconds left in a period is never good though. From the shot chart it looked like the Wild absolutely peppered him in the 3rd.

Be back in the fold tomorrow agin the Hawks!! Let’s turn it around and pick up a dub over a division rival.

Gustavsson made great saves. Great game effort wise. Excited to see tomorrows game
