    * Olofsson appeared to score on the PP, but the Hawks successfuly challenged it for offsides.
    * He later scored on the same PP from the slot, off a faceoff win.
    * The Sabres recorded the first 11 SoG.
    * Dickinson scored a PPG on a netfront scramble. The call stood after a goaltender interference challenge.
    * Lafferty & Raddysh scored each scored off rebounds in front of the net.
    * Thompson scored on a reboud. Then, knocked a cross-crease pass into the net.
    * Olofsson scored the OT GWG.
    * Soderblom faced 22 high-danger chances.

    My main takeaways from this game:

    – Our D was AWFUL. Seth Jones in particular, was on the ice for the 3-2, 3-3 and the 3-4 goals. He should have been better on all three goals. The way he lost body position on the two Thompson goals in particular was just…. He should literally never play against a top line again.

    – Second game in a row that Toews just completely blacks out late in third and it cost us the game. The horrible pass against the Oilers and a lazy penalty in this one. Maybe Toews should focus more on just faceoffs and offensive zone draws and just completely fuck off from defensive zone draws? I want to see something happen there with him costing us two games with such boneheaded moves late in the 3rd.

    – Scratch Seth Jones or Jack Johnson or Caleb Jones and put Filip Roos out there. Our D had zero effort in the 1st and 3rd periods. I want to see Roos out there, every single one of our defensemen tonight looked like garbage. Soderblom forced this into OT. Fucking just flip a coin, scratch someone from our D corps and fucking put Roos out there. I want to see him get a few games after the two games we’ve had. Sure we’ve scored 8 goals, but we’ve given up fucking 10. That’s too many goals to give up in two games.

    Just because you are paying Seth Jones a lot of money, doesn’t mean you have to play him.

    Happy we were in the game. Would’ve been happier with a win or a regulation loss.

    John said on the radio one of the refs threw the puck at Toews at the end of the game. Anyone see that?

    I there’s a curse that the Blackhawks and icehogs cannot win simultaneously as we’re winning 8 1.
