How do you not have RJ's call on the Umberger hit?!?! That's one of his most legendary calls!
damn yo the Peca one was dirty af
Umberger hit will always be #1. 05/06 Sabres had the greatest playoff run I've ever seen, any team, any era, any league. Period.
Peca threw a lot of great hits like that. He was a great defensive forward who did it all.
This made me happy
You call this a Buffalo Top 10 and you don’t put RJs feed for Campbell’s hit?!
just here to watch umberger get absolutely destroyed
It was the first game of playoffs in 2006, and we were playing the Flyers. It was in the first or second overtime of the game, I can't remember, but I had been holding my bladder up until that point. I had to step out at the whistle. As I'm in the bathroom I hear the entire building go crazy and I hurry back to my seat. When I get back I asked what happened and my dad says "that was the best hit I've seen in my entire life."
I love how half of the hits are against the Leafs
Уухххх бляя
I can't remember the last time I seen a sabres hit
Now they don’t even hit anymore
That hit by regher on ovechkin is PURE STRENGTH
Good Video but….. You forgot 2 of the biggest hits 1. Schoenfeld and Cashman going through the Zamboni doors and fighting off the ice and 2. Brian Campbell hitting RJ Umberger in 2006 playoffs.
The only one I think you're missing is the Schoenfeld hit on Wayne Cashman of the Bruins into the Zamboni entrance where they opened the doors and started fighting in the Zamboni entrance…other than that, good mix…
I know peca was guilty of leaving his feet sometimes but he used to throw those crazy hits all the time. I miss him. He would score, throw crazy hits, be on the pp and pk and a great captain. Also a selke winner. He was everything you could ask for in a hockey player.
Folignos career highlight was that hit
I remember when the Sabres used to have tough players now they look like a bunch of Disney on ice skaters and yes this is coming from a life long Sabres fan and will be till death but wtf happened?
When I want to feel good about the Sabres, I have to watch Campbell hits and Drury goals on youtube.
Suicide pass 1:30
Me waiting for Umberger
I was at the game where Campbell decked Umberger. I've never experienced an electricity like that after the hit. The crowd was just going insane and you could feel the energy in the building after that one
Bogosian doesn't deserve to be on this list.
Laine's soul continued forward after that hit 1:30
Top 10 of all time? You do realize the sabres have been around since 1970 not 2000? Right? You might have a hit or two from the late 90's. If your saying top 10 ever, your way off. Obviously Campbell at 1 is spot on, no fan could or would argue any different. But as for the rest just good solid hits not all time epic. A more accurate title would be the 10 best Sabre hits I could find already on YouTube. But hey you click bated me like most people I'm a sucker for a good top 10 list. I've been suckered in to worst things in my life. You don't want to know what my high school Spanish duped me into for a passing grade. Man o man she was a bit&$#…..

Jeanerette call Campbell hit on umberger
Peca for the win why can’t I watch the hockey shit on today 🤔
You’re going to do a top ten Buffalo video and not use Rick Jeannettes feed? SHAME
no mike foligno hits? rick vaive? Andreychuk?
Many of these "top 10 hits" arent even clean lol
What's happened Alex Ovechkin what happened to being the best player in the league to f**** bad you got crushed by an amazing Sabres player go to hell you cherry picker
Brian Campbell's hit on Umberger was the best and cleanest hit i have ever seen. No doubt.
I remember watching the Umberger hit live – it was the moment I learned WHY rule #1 is don't skate with your head down.
Soupy, damn what a hit
i love how all of these were clean hits
Schoenfeld through the zamboni doors on Cashman in 1973. Forever be #1
The hit on Umberger was what I thought it would be,
Hardest working team in the NHL
