I would think Boston should be ahead of Vegas based on the record alone. This week will be interesting for the Bruins they’ll be playing pretty good teams this week.
VGK season ticket holder and life long Ranger fan. My past feelings about Philthy Phil Kessel are making the current state of affairs a complete mind bender for me…..but I said (and was ridiculed) the day he signed that the Phil Kessel signing by the Vegas McManagers may very well go down as the single most epic free agent signing in their history – and quite possibly saved their jobs….Talk about Misfits!…..Kessel has added something back to that room the was sorely needed by the players…..the Misfits are back baby….Frankfurters half price at the Fortress!
Shannon I don't think you have been watching these Leaf games. You won't be surprised if they turn it around? They have been getting outplayed by teams who have no business outplaying them.
It's not just "early" Shannon this is par for the course for this group of Leafs.

My Habs looking as good as they've been is bittersweet because getting a top 5 pick this year is mandatory for the rebuild. I can't stand to see Montreal somehow be middle of the pack again and get stuck in medicocrity again

This season is going to be awesome. Nobody is going to run away with anything. Playoff positions won’t be decided until the final game of the season.
The Leafs still in the top 10 is a big surprise, they are playing some terrible hockey against some of the worst teams in the league. Lost agianst Montreal, Arizona, San Jose, LA and they haven't played against any of the top teams yet.

Islanders to me are super wish washy at this point. They either play amazingly or they don't score any goals. It's a weird observation so far but hopefully they can keep the wins up

I think Columbus playing have been worst of all teams, sloppy and lazy. They got few wins on row and have some talent, so that position on PR could be right.

I came here happily expecting VGK to be in the top 10 maybe even top 6. Let’s hope the knights can stay healthy and the goalies can continue they’re outstanding play.

Having the Leafs ranked 10th and only dropping them 2 spots is very generous. They've played awful as of late. I'm a Leafs fan and I would have dropped them at least 5 spots if not 6. If they lose to the Ducks tonight, I hope you'll drop them down hard for that.

The fact that the Flyers are doing what they’re doing without Couturier, Atkinson, Van Riemsdyk and Ellis tells me that everyone is buying into the system. Hart has been a wall. Torts is an outstanding coach. Having up to 12 players 25 and under (give or take) while learning a new system is quite incredible.
