absolutely fundamentally no. trust the process. ignore the results.

Burn it down. This was before losing this 3-1 lead!!!

Burn it down. I’m tired of this…. what ever!

25 – 30 year old collection of losers!

This management preaches growth and development but buys 4th liners instead of giving prospects real experience. Kral comes up….ohhhhh showcase. Where’s any kid that’s earned a look? Yes Robertson. He isn’t impressing. Send him back. Waiver exempt and call up someone else until there’s a spark. No spark? Back to Robertson!

There’s plenty! Let’s see Holmberg. Let’s see Steeves. Let’s see McMann!!! Let’s see some youth and energy besides overwhelming one kid. It should be a revolving door audition. Just my opinion

I know it’s 10 games in but I’m tired of this garbage. Inject some youth and let it ride a dozen games before you send a kid back. But you have to bring up a couple of these kids first lmao!

If any one of them click sell an Abue Kubel whose been useless. I’m completely done watching this management do nothing. Like Dangle said, do something… anything but do fucking something!!!!

Edit yes I know McMann isn’t exactly young. But I bet he can play a tougher game than Robertson and he deserves a shot at this point. This guy just broke the scoring record for the Marlies. Beating Josh Leivo’s title. Leivo managed some NHL time. Give the fucking guy a chance for fucks sake!

No leafs had same results last year in october, without the 5 game western roady, they then went on to have best November in franchise history

This year they have lost **ARI / SJS / ANA** who are bottom feeders and a **MTL** team who will not be in the playoffs. Only good team loss have been to **VGK** and maybe **LAK** but they have looked terrible this season.

Last season they lost to **PIT / CAR / NYR** who were all strong playoff teams. Their only bad losses were to **OTT** and the **SJS** but they were kinda hot at the time.

  5. Rowdy_Roddy96

Yes because there are immediate glaring issues on this team that can’t be ignored from the defense, offense and coaching everything is just fucking shocking… I’m genuinely upset and depressed because this team can’t give me an ounce of happiness ever

Depends on your definition of “it”. The guys who are calling to blow it up don’t understand what they’re asking for… but if people want to lose a key piece here or there by trading a player or two like Marner, Nylander and/or Rielly, or firing Dubas and/or Keefe, I can totally see that argument.

  7. duck1014

The problem this year is who and how they are losing. There are far too many games where the Leafs have ‘phoned it in’ and not bothered playing.

Last nights game was a debacle, to say the least. So was the game against LA, SJS, Vegas, Coyotes, Montreal, and others.

The team is simply not playing at the moment. It’s horrific.

I’ll take last year’s start over this year’s start any day of the week.

  8. coaltrainman

Great stat because we also failed to accomplish anything in those two playoffs. Looking pae for the course right now.

  9. chodgson111

If they were 10-0, no one would care and be saying regular season is meaningless. Lol

  10. GopnikSmegmaBBQSauce

They’ll just lose first round anyway, doesn’t matter what the record is

  11. BigMick20

So you’re saying we are still on track to lose in the first round. Well that’s reassuring.

  12. GumpTheChump

Having the same record as we did last year, which resulted in an eventual first round exit, is basically Groundhog Day and doesn’t exactly inspire me as a fan.

  13. Low-Chemical2101

I would like to say that this is good news, however being prepared to compete in October should be a priority.

  14. Shawnaldo7575

They don’t need to blow it up, but they do need to shake it up.

  15. Insane_membrane00

Proof that this team **never starts on time** whether it’s a game or a season.

  16. JeffBroccoli

No. There’s just a small number of noisy fans who want to run some of the league’s best players out of town because they’re 4-5-1

I’m going to come back to this thread when the Leafs are 22-11-3 and Marner a point a game player

Seriously. The sky isn’t falling. Stop

  17. sweatyleonard

Not all of us are dooming and glooming, I’m just bothered by how uninspiring they look.

It just sucks to see such a lack of effort from a team that has made being a fan so difficult for most of our lives.

They have lots of talent, but can’t find their legs and it’s rough to see them lose to the worst teams in the league and make line choices that don’t seem to make sense.

I have hope that they’ll meet their stride again, but that’s all it’s ever been with this team for my 30+ years of life, hope.

    Can get frustrating to watch.

  18. Saknaks

Have you looked at November’s schedule?? I wouldn’t be surprised if they had an almost undefeated month again but I can see a winless month just as easy. I think it’s very unlikely they repeat Novembers

  19. nitrane84

Yes you throw it away while you can still get some value out of this core. We have all seen this movie. I dont want to see it again.

  20. Poopy_Pants0o0

We’re doing slightly better this year than last year around the same time of the season. Let’s go!!!
