I do think when the headcoach goes to a Buffalo Bills game the day before spending 4+hrs instead of preparing for a big very important game like this says something. Plus the players going to a Halloween haunted house says something about focus before a game this important. Just think 🤔
We have had no third defense line (multiple games now), and Ned has just been a sieve ( in part, because of it). It's a bad combination running lindstrom and hagg too many nights in a row. I feel the burden on the other two lines can burn the gas out of the tank too early in the seaon and it's starting to show. I get that they may have (hagg and lindstrom) perceived chemistry, but admittedly they suck together and the eye test and stats would agree with me. Gotta somehow scrunge up a working third line of defense to win games at the NHL level if you're running 6 guys. Until that if fixed, goalies can't be blamed.

Defense is fucking terrible. But hey, it's only been that way for 5 years now. Wouldn't wanna spend any money to improve it or anything.
