    My God the senators are a joke. Fire DJ Smith and trade some players. Absolutely embarrassing. Forsberg not playing well enough to win games, brutal goals every game. Chabot is a dud.

    There are no moral victories in the NHL. Sens have lost 4 straight and are trending like last season at the bottom of the eastern conference.

    I've said to my hockey-loving friends for at least 5 years. Jack Eichel is not a hockey player for a rebuilding team, that's not for his personality, that's not where he excels. Some players just only dominate on a team that's already dominating and don't have the patience to suck for a few years and that is Jack for better or worse (this year, better).
