   I’ve tried clicking it, refreshing, etc. Will not go away. I really have to watch the whole game with this??

   Edit: Also keep getting pop-ups on screen about their « feature » that won’t go away unless you click on them. So infuriating.

   u/-GuyDudeman- what’s the answer on how to get rid of these BS odds that are blocking my picture?

   Also why does it say « Sign In To Access Premium Content » when I have a subscription and am logged in?

   The ad is now blocking a trivia question they have posted.

   I think you can turn those off by clicking settings

   Someone in this sub had a link to submit bugs and stuff directly to Bally Sports Engineers. That would come in very handy right now

   Tried calling customer service about it they said they can’t do anything about it and wouldn’t cancel my account and issue a refund

   It works for me.

   Steps:

   * right click the video and clicked Inspect

   * press Ctrl-F to bring up the find, enter: ease-live-app

   * right click the line <div class = »ease-live-app..etc> and click delete node from the context menu
   * click the X in top right of the inspect box to close it
