I thought we played well for the most part.

maybe we’ll only lose by two goals tomorrow!

  2. Infranto

It’s hard to win hockey games when you get fuck all out of 2 double minors

  3. NontransferableApe

A much better team effort! Avs are just a way better team

  4. JunesDepartmentStore

Even though the score isn’t in our favor, I gotta say we didn’t look as bad as we have in the last couple games. Far from perfect, but if we’re going to be a bottom feeder this year games like these are more bearable than what’s been happening last week

  5. SendFeetPicsNow

We’ve played 10 games and Brad Larsen still sucks.

  6. JSAKelley2

Should have tossed the Kepi out there for that hat trick. We won’t need it anytime soon….

  7. Still sad but not upset. Plenty of positives but I would really like to get that GA down. You can’t win giving up 4+ a game.

  8. titanup1993

We did score a powerplay which was nice

  9. You know this team is bad when a 3-6 loss is one of our better performances

  10. thecbjfan

If we play in front of korpi like we usually did in the past. Oh boy god help us

  11. ddottay

    1. Showed some fight today.

    2. Getting into a special teams battle with the Avs…don’t recommend that!

  12. dwlarkin

I mean, we scored more than 1…but we also still lost by 3. There’s too much to say, so I’m just gonna sum it up with 2 words: do better.

  13. sergei-boobtitsky

I’m not even upset at the loss, Jackets looked like a team again

  14. Killians_

Maybe they know Larsen is ass and keeping him around for a high pick then will find someone in the offseason? Otherwise it makes no sense to me.

  15. AlanLGuy

We still suck, but at least we didn’t fold immediately

  16. iamelloyello

God, looking at our schedule you would think we wouldn’t win another game into December.

  17. Captain49

Better effort overall, but holy shit is it frustrating to watch them regress after an awesome second period. We were seriously in their heads at one point and couldn’t keep up the pressure. Hoping that we show up and play a fully 60 minutes tomorrow.

  18. Creation1308

The whistles today were coming as fast as I am…

I cannot get my mind around the fact that Elvis concedes this much. Of course he lets in some floaters, but overall all I see is the terrible luck he has with these bounces and redirects. Our defensemen clearly can throw their bodies, even Bean came with some hits today. But all their hits and checks are in the corners. When there is a free attacker DIRECTLY IN FRONT of Elvis they seem to not care at all. Pathetic if you ask me.

  19. hockeymazing95

Why win now when you can win after getting Bedard?

  20. tailford07

8 losses in 11 games is tough. All 8 of those losses being by at least 3 goals? All I know is pain.

  21. dadeezone

3-3 score and we have 4 minute PP. You had to know that if we don’t score there…we lose. Such a buzz-kill.

  22. Hazy_eyePA

Outscored 17-4 our last 3 games. How are we this bad?

  23. rahrens21

I just can’t fathom why we’ve gotten this much worse

  24. BurgerBoy1888

After most of the first I thought it was a good game. Just simple defensive breakdowns and penalties. Elvis didn’t give up any soft goals and even showed consistency.

  25. Id say Elvis played pretty decent today except the 1 soft goal, overall more watchable game for the whole team.

  26. JJS5796

Honestly don’t know how much longer I can keep watching this team. This team is painful to watch.

  27. dadeezone

Pretty certain we had just as many quality chances as Avs had. Their goalie just let in 3.

  28. Dkoop2003

I am once again asking to fire Brad Larsen

  29. MrThird312

At least it was somewhat watchable, I’m saving up now for my Bedard jersey though

  30. CrazyLegLaFleur1

Well I’m gunna get drunk at some bar in Tampere, let me know if anyone wants to join lol

  31. warlink05

Bright side: We finally got a power play goal! And it took us playing on a different continent to do it!

Grim Side: Colorado were giving us power plays like candy and thought only one goal is good enough? DIS-A-POINT-ED!!!

  32. dadeezone

I think it was Rantanen that pulled off Peeke’s helmet. No penalty called. Then moments later they score. Some questionable officiating today. Still, we had so many high quality chances. Game really could have gone either way. I really think we have a good chance tomorrow. Need to convert opportunities and need a goalie to steal one

  33. casperthegoth

Cheers to the Finnish reporter asking Lars what the duck he is thinking to put Laine on the right wing of the power play. It’s the first real question I have heard in years.
