  1. I think if the kings move Iafallo and Roy, they can make enough space for all RFAs plus 8-10 million left for a scoring winger. might be enough for Forsberg

  2. Maatta has worked tremendously, between Edler and Maatta I'd strongly consider re-signing Maatta, just because Edler has injury issues. Maatta is younger and more consistent.

For Chychrun this is the top offer I could see Blake making.

One of Turcotte/Vilardi – whomever Arizona likes best
One of Bjornfot/Durzi – whomever Arizona likes best
One of Anderson-Dolan/Pinelli/Fagemo – whomever Arizona likes best
And a 1st round pick this year, which is around 19th overall.

Kupari-Byfield-Kaliyev seems to be the future upfront for LA, with Chromiak and Simontaival knocking on the door.
I'd really like to keep Vilardi, he's shown flashes of brilliance, but if Arizona insists I wouldn't mind sacrificing him.
If Arizona keeps being crazy about it, Kings should keep away and look somewhere else, like Sanheim from Philly.

The other top priority for the Kings is to add a top 6 scoring winger. And here I don't like the idea of chasing Filip Forsberg, as he's likely gonna ask for over 9 mil.

My two targets would be Fiala and Ehlers, if Winnipeg decides to do a retool.
    Something like

    Iaffalo
One of Durzi/Bjornfot – whomever Arizona doesn't chose
    Madden
    2nd round pick

should be more than enough to land one of these two.

  3. How do you not mention the best addition Phillip Danault 6yr 33 million 5.5 million yr cap hit great def center who scored a career high 27 G 51 P . He was a perfect fit for this team.

  4. Resigned Villardi, Walker, and a couple lower to mid tier prospects and maybe a mid round pick up to 2nd round as a godfather offer. Walker and Vilardi a great young guys, but the way injuries have hit them, I don't see long term futures for them in Los Angeles with so many other hungry guys ready to replace them. Walker was especially made expendable by how well the young prospects on the blue line held up this season all things Saud and done. Such a trade would make Chychrun a roughly net 3 million dollar added cap hit which is a huge win. I'd love to see Lemieux back on similar money, and maybe see them nab Giroux for the right price. I think there's a bright future for the Kings, and I look forward to what's next.

  5. I'd be willing to do a RHD. Between Spence and Durzi probably, add in a forward. Thomas, Vilardi? And a 2nd rounder for 2022

  6. Kings have enough good prospects defensively. They need to get Forsburg from Nashville. Durzi and Spence will anchor the D with Doughty as a mentor

  7. Great trade this week to get Fiala ! Now trade for Chuchurn via Iafallo, 2023 second round & 1-2 prospects. Need to get Coyotes to take IA's $4m contract to have enuf cap space for Chychurn's $4.6m thru 2025, & give him extension of $5.5-$6m/yr. Keep Kaliyev.
