Les séries éliminatoires de la LNH 2014 commencent la semaine prochaine. Au premier tour, les Ducks d’Anaheim affronteront les Stars de Dallas. C’est la troisième fois que les Ducks et les Stars se rencontrent en Playoffs. La première fois en 2003, les Ducks sont sortis victorieux au deuxième tour 4-2. La deuxième série a été remportée par les Stars 4-2 au premier tour de 2008. Voici un retour sur la série de 2003.

Very good series that started with an epic 5-overtime game. Two good teams that both could've represented the Western Conference that year in the Finals. Just so happened to be the Ducks tho.

This 2003 Anaheim mighty ducks team was the best team I've ever seen. And I had the opportunity to go to games here locally that year. Just look at the mix of guys, all of them were tough they had character and they worked as a team with a great goal tender. The only reason they did not win the Stanley cup was the same reason Wayne Gretzky and the kings did not win in 1993. Patrick Roy!
