Tanev is probably going to be out for the next 2-3 months. I don't recall seeing him get hurt, which makes me suspect his shoulder injury that took him out in round 2 got torn open again. If they don't let him rest up and heal it out, it'll be the same thing every month: he plays a few games and then gets sidelined with an 'UBI'
But more pressingly, this team needs to learn how to win without him in the lineup. They can't be so dependent on one person to get them through all of their struggles. Look at what Boston is doing right now. The best teams lose their best players and still manage to pull through. If Calgary can't do that then they don't deserve to win a cup. They WON'T win a cup.
