  1. Cry me a river. This kid was 14 when all of this happened. If the bully was black and the victim was white nobody would say a word.

  2. Not like he wore blackface 4 times as an adult and tried to be Prime Minister. He bullied a kid when he wasn't in high school yet and tried to play hockey

  3. Sweeney and Neely need to go. They've been awful at their jobs long before this disgusting move, and this has to be the last straw.

  4. I love how people want to mark this guy forever for his actions as a 14 year old kid. 🙄
People honestly need to stop digging into everyone's past. Leave the past alone and judge people on their present day character. The focus should be put more on learning and progressing and moving forward. This news effects my daily life or my outlook on the NHL/Bruins in no way whatsoever.

  5. Just shocked he was signed. I believe in second chances, but the guy hasn't done anything to really show he is ready for it. Just damn.

  6. To everyone saying that Miller would be a good fit in Boston because of the fans. I want to remind you that Boston sports fans haven't been this united against a single person since the last time Kyrie Irving went to Dunks

  7. I feel similar to Adam on this. I’m all for second chances. I don’t think a kid should be defined by what they did when they were 14. But he hasn’t shown any remorse for his actions just for feels sorry for himself for getting in trouble. I’m not saying he should never get a chance to show he’s a better person but he has a lot of work left to do before he’s earned a chance at a second chance.

  8. The culture of the Bruins is with its PLAYERS, not the front office. That has long been exposed as an archaic boys club. The entire roster was appalled by this decision and they’re play on Saturday proved it. Sweeney and Neely need to go

  9. The worst part of the kids statements which does sound even more like he’s not sorry not even fully taking ownership saying I was disrespectful really ?? How about you were a bully & a racist pos . How about admitting u were tacit this signing & the habs signing that dude like where is the line drawn ..

  10. "I made an extremely poor decision and acted very immaturely,"

Homo sapien evolved with the capacity for compassion. Clearly there are lower species among us(Neanderthal)
due to no fault of their own, incapable of compassion(amygdala).

  11. I remember when I was at school, another kid made me feel like I was utter scum for years. He made me feel like I wasn't good enough because I came from a poor part of town. I'm 40 now and I learned he died of cancer a few years ago….. I guess he got what he deserved eh? …. Of course he bloody didn't! He wasn't the same person at all. He was a Dad, he had a family. He grew up and matured. It is utterly ridiculous that this kid can't move on from mistakes he made as a CHILD!!!

  12. Racism and misogyny are deplorable. Should a person be cancelled for life? Craig McTavish killed a person driving drunk, had a career, was a coach, and a GM. The solution to this is not making a person’s life miserable forever.

  13. Everybody needs to watch Les Pee-wee and the sequel Junior Majeur (French Canadian films). The first film calls out garbage parents and the second film calls out the leagues for overlooking the despicable behaviour of their prospects

  14. If he murdered someone I presume he would be free by now as long as he wasn't tried as an adult. To favor a second chance risks provoking the Mob's sanctimony.

  15. DOUBLE STANDARDS. Why didn't HOCKEY CANADA release the names and information of the UNDERAGED Canadian Hockey kids who RAPED the women? I stopped your video at 1:28 out of 9:03 because you didn't know that 14 y.o. kids were not supposed to have their INFORMATION, including criminal, released to the media. Subsequently, the NHL did exactly the same issue except by allegedly smarter people.

  16. I’ve never met a 14 year old who wouldn’t understand how evil and racist that behaviour is. A teenager who bullies someone with a disability knows exactly what they are doing. Everyday we expect teenagers to do and understand far more complex things than “don’t be racist and don’t bully people with disabilities”

  17. I don’t like that Boston did this at all. What’s worse is that they weren’t the only ones thinking of doing it. Sad showing, nhl, sad showing

  18. Why is everyone avoiding talking about the mother that was a drunk during her pregnancy? As a result of her addiction an innocent child was born with a mental illness.

  19. Bruins Fans: Wtf is management doing?
Rest of NHL: ROFLCOPTER! CLASSIC BRUINS FANS. THEY LOVE GUYS LIKE HIM LMFAO DABS

  20. Pls stop with the Logan Mailloux comparison… dude Miller is fondationnaly broken… not the same at all… ongoing bullying… isnt a mistake… its part of you!

  21. I’ve googled a lot about psychology and have become an expert on psychoanalyzing people I’ve never met online. He hasn’t learned a thing since the incident.

  22. Wtf is hockey night I’m canada? I thought that was every night during hockey season.

  23. I hate how they started off this segment about punishing a man who ruined the life of another man by pushing a gambling app. The app is designed to hook whales into spending all their money on gambling in a rigged game and leave them bankrupt, homeless and hungry. I have seen this type of gambling ruin lives and families and to take this money and support this type of ruinous business and then to criticize a 14 year for ruining a life is disgustingly hypocritical. At least he was a kid whose brain hasn't formed, you are adults who have seen how gambling ruins lives.
Look at Evander Kane it almost cost him his career and is is doubtful he will ever be free for his debt and he makes millions. Imagine how hard it is for poor fools who become addicted to gambling to ever come out of debt. People who believe there are due for a good thing to happen or think it is easy money based on how you advertise it will never get out of this debt. They take out debt to feed the addiction and they will never be able to overcome the interest payments as the blow their earnings in gambling since winning the lottery is their only hope over coming the debt they accrued.

TL:DR I am begging you to keep the profits that are gained from ruining the lives of others out of videos you want to take the moral high-ground.

P.S. Miller should be out of Pro-level American hockey until the family forgives him, they are the only ones who matter.

  24. Any hockey historian: "Mike Milbury is the worst, most inept, most hamfisted, meatheaded GM in the history of the Bruins."
    Don Sweeney: "bOLd mY hEeR!"
