I wouldn't call 3 points in 9 games "breaking out". Especially when he wouldn't make the roster on any other NHL. Guy is being rushed – especially when he's only playing 10 minutes a night. Same thing with guys like Wright on Seattle or Holloway on Edmonton.

As a slovak, im so happy to see Slaf doing magic. Slovakia has 5 million civs. and we are very small country and to see young hockey talent from here scoring in NHL, its just beautiful!
Slaf will end up playing with Caufield and Suzuki… That’s why they drafted him… but he is not ready. I’m happy to see his progress.
