  1. I think the NHL should kick the Bruins out of the league, they have shown they're true racists..

  2. This guy was 14 years old man. He was just a kid! Kids are f*cking stupid. He doesn’t deserve for his career to be ruined.

  3. The terrible and cruel behaviour you exhibit at 14, when it is the continuation of years of the same cruel and racist kind, means you are a mean and terrible human being. No amount of 'therapy' fixes who you fundamentally are. The Bruins knew exactly how terrible this guy was and didn't care; as long as he could play some hockey for them. They should be ashamed of this signing. I suspect they may have asked him to post the (disingenuous) apology on social media a week before the signing was announced as a way to mitigate the fallout and adverse reaction. Having said that, Donald Trump took great pleasure in mocking and insulting a journalist with a severe disability during his 2016 campaign and thousands of his fans cheered and laughed; and he got over 65 million votes on election day and took the White House. I think young Mitchell Miller could easily become the POTUS in the future. He has shown he has The Right Stuff.

  4. Maybe I didn’t hear what exactly he did but from what I understand he called a mentally retarded black kid the N word when he was 14…is there more to that?

  5. I still don't know why you would even bother, when all this guy is gonna be is a distraction. If the incident was the only run in with that poor kid then maybe you'd think it was a massive mistake and he's sorry. The trouble is he didn't apologize and the bullying that happened was over years and years. This guy talks like 14 is younger than it really is. I had a part time job at his age and cooked meals for my younger brother. To make excuses like Oh I made a mistake at 14 Oh I was so young is not a valid excuse. I truly believe their is something wrong with this guy. At that age you should know right from wrong. In fact you learn about treating others the way you want to be treated far younger than that. To go out of your way to torment this kid seem like the behavior of somebody who has no empathy for anyone. I don't think he should ever get to play in the NHL. Let all the young aspiring player's remember Miller and use it as a warning or an example that behavior like this is not tolerated. Bettman really stepped up and I'm glad he did. The Bruins made a stupid mistake and they just needed to hear that signing this guy sends the wrong message.

  6. So a kid committed a crime as a 14 year old kid and the Bruins want to condemn him for life? What change do you want to see and how do you know he's not remorseful? What was his home-life like when he was 14…hate and bullying IS a LEARNED behaviour! The Bruins are succumbing to the pressure of the virtue signalling fools. Giving this k8d an opportunity old have been a tremendous opportunity. Mitchel could have become an ambassador and champion the message against bullying. The Bruins could have delivered the message people can change, in particular FOURTEEN YEAR OLD KIDS and should be given a 2nd chance. Do we know what demons this 20 year old lives with every night. How many players in the NFL behaved badly when they were younger? This is a very sad story of failure, injustice and incompetence.

  7. They were clearly testing the waters, they thought they could pull a montreal and sign a controversial player and they thought let's sign him and see how public reacts, they hated it, soo they revoked it.

  8. This Miller must have done horrible things for it to go this level. He committed these acts when he was a child himself. What was Miller's childhood like? What is his backstory? This is obviously not normal behavior from a child. It's disturbing that we are persecuting the actions of someone when he was a child. Bullying is disgusting. But let's get more answers before we tear the world down on someone.

  9. The kid was 14 when he did that horrible crap. Does that mean no one can have a change of heart? I’m just asking the question cause no one in their right mind would defend him for doing what he did

  10. Mind boggling how much these people are paid and yet they still make a nonsensical decision….

  11. but no one says word one about Mailloux. I guess it's ok to do what he did to that woman. He must have said sorry nicer. Mtl gets a pass on a masogynist POS

  12. The Bruins actually thought they could get this guy in the NHL without consulting the league first?

  13. I feel that the Bruins could lose a first round pick over this! Neely and Sweeney had no business bring this psychopath to Boston.

  14. Remember kids, things you do when you're 14 will ruin your life forever & there's no redeeming yourself, ever. Your whole life is over if you mess up at any age & you are a permanent bad guy.

  15. What the hell was Neely thinking about? What a total display of a lack of common sense. That goon terrorized a disabled boy for years. He will be screwed up for years. Just a horrible, horrible decision by Neely. I have lost all respect for him as a human being. Great respect for the Boston players speaking out about management's terrible decision. This will be a huge stain on the Boston organization for years and years.

  16. What crap! When did it become necessary for anyone to show that they “deserve” to play a pro sport by appeasing the virtue signalling bed wetters who now own teams and write about them. If professional sports were honest and serious half of the NBA and NFL rosters would be empty considering that all of them contain drug addicts, wife beaters and violent thugs. The only reason that we don’t see this is the usual excuse that so many of these guys are black and thus subject to far lower standards of behaviour.

  17. New information! When he was 7 he pulled a girls hair on the playground. They claimed sexual harassment.

  18. Bruh honestly he has served his punishment and shouldn’t be punished further. Sure his volunteering is court mandated but it’s more than anybody who is complaining and tearing this guy down would ever do. This is the whole issue with today’s society, like what do you expect, this kid to phone his mom everyday and be like I’m so sorry for everything I did and can I kiss ur feet to make it better. If this was Connor mcdavid nobody would care, it’s just cause he was a late round pick. I hope you all make terrible mistakes and never get forgiven and have your lives ruined for it.

  19. "To Isaiah and his family, my deepest apologies if this signing made you and other victims feel unseen and unheard. We apologize for the deep hurt and impact we have caused.".
I am so glad Cam included this in his statement. There has been so much about miller that Isaiah has almost been forgotten in this. I saw some tweets by "people" in Sylvania who were backing miller? They called into question Isaiah's condition. Some have even accused HIM of being a bully?!?! Here's hoping miller never laces his skates up again.

  20. F' k the Bruins and the NHL which has turned out to be another Woke Sports Org! They shouldn't call it the Stanley Cup as I'm sure Stanley was a white supremist in the words of Joy Reid or Joy Behar lol… how about call it the Obama Cup? I think having it named after a race hustler and now a 1%er that never had a real job in his life is more appropriate for the LEFT.

It's funny they talk about diversity, inclusion & respect! Guess what you Left Woke Spineless Leaders …..this was inherent many years b4 you biaaatches came on to the scene! And the consensus then and should be today is to promote a person on one quality.. meritocracy!

Another shocker to the moron Bruins & NHL nut jobs that support dropping this kid! Hello….Kids at 14 aren't the same kids at 21, 28 etc. Ask Marky Mark… he's from Boston as you all watch his flics lol.

But this is why the hypocritical worthless leaders, fans and players that are all left leaning whack jobs are a walkimg contradiction!

The new LEFT Demwit Party supports harden criminals released from prison to be granted the right to VOTE and be given a second chance (murderers, rapists, major Drug dealers, human traffickers etc) but this kid is worse than all of them!

Yeah never watching a hockey game again will be no problem at all!!!

  21. He can come and play for us here in Winnipeg, we already have to bully’s in our team named Wheeler and Schefele!

  22. Here is a crazy/not so crazy idea….Make him an OILER!!!!…….You know how they love their reclamation project's. AND if this kid really does have a problem with Black people, Evander Kane and Darnell Nurse could handle it I am sure. If Mitchell Miller mysteriously winds up with a broken jaw in an "off ice altercation" …..
We can just chalk it up to his "ongoing therapy and guidance counselling." Sign the kid to a pro contract, and make him give some of that money to the guy that he abused.
And if this kid can actually back check and hit the broad side of a barn….so much the better. Win/Win if you ask me.

  23. Basically he's got to a Hollywood style rehabilitation tour in front of the camera!! Anything done privately won't cut it in today's environment!! Cue in Will Smith & Logan Paul!!

  24. Bruins are such a clown organization for this. AZ dropped him for that reason and you’re just going to pretend not to notice the MAJOR baggage this kid brings? Actions speak louder than words and the Bruins have shown that they condone this type of behaviour. They would’ve continued the signing had this not gone public. Should be embarrassed of themselves and shows these old heads still don’t mind that white boy toxic hockey culture.

  25. How do this work with paying for the contract? Did Boston just drop a small fortune on a psycho bully to reward him for his glorious deeds?

  26. Yes all bruins upper management needs to be gone, I'm so tired of the controversy they cause an the bad decisions they make

  27. Does this mean that after a person pays his debt to society he still has to continue to suffer for something that happened when they were a juvenile? I get that what he did was wrong, however present judgements on whether he shows remorse and change is rather subjective. That being said, if I were him and want to continue playing hockey with aspirations of perhaps playing professionally someday I would just move to Europe or Russia and forget the NHL after this episode. Otherwise he is never going to get a fair chance in life with this forever hanging over him. Before any idiots here start criticizing my statement here, let me be clear; I do not condone what he did, and my sympathies are with the victim of his actions, however this guy has his whole life ahead of him and much time to think about his actions to which he should welcome as an opportunity to grow from.

  28. Being disabled is not an easy walk. Destroying the trust and general happiness of the disabled is what this fool did.
To not apologize ever is pathetic.

  29. It’s been 6 years since he was age 14, hasn’t done anything bad in all that time, maybe he will get a second chance at age 30?

  30. The league better hire all black coaches, their diversity female Betman hired said the “league was too white”. We need to be like the NBA where 95% of players are black.

  31. Yes, he didn't just not fit into the Bruin's culture of acceptance and respect they have been trying to cultivate for years, but the decision caused a side show distraction that may have effected the team's recent stellar play by losing the very next game and ending their winning streak. That alone, justifies firing Sweeney.

  32. I heard the story of him when he was in grade school using the N word ? Where do you think he learned that at home . His parents set him up for failure and the lack of discipline at home and this is what you get . I’m not saying you have to be super strict but you have to say no that’s the problem ith parents today they never say no cause hen they were young there parents were tough n you should be to your creating a world of cry baby’s
