Faits saillants prolongés des Oilers d’Edmonton au Lightning de Tampa Bay

  1. I know it was close but the lightning were embarrassing today. That powerplay unit is absolutely pathetic. The Lightning were great 5on5 but the powerplay continuously killed momentum. The pk was pretty bad too but I can forgive it since it’s never easy to defend McDavid. Also, how many chances did they have with the empty net? Just painful to watch how many chances were squandered. Gg oilers, on to the next one

  2. Hard-fought win, and hopefully Kane is alright. Because they didn't show it in the highlights, he had his hand/wrist cut by a skate, left some blood on the ice immediately and skated to the bench while yelling. He's been a valuable part of the Oilers lineup since coming over, so I hope he'll recover quickly and be back soon.

Edit: He's expected to be alright, but he's already been scheduled for immediate surgery. No word yet about how long he's expected to be out.

  3. Tampa need to clean things up. Wtf was that first goal allowed. Good wins for oilers.

  4. Lightning when Oilers goal gets called back: 😊 😃 😀

Lightning when their own goal doesn't cross the line:
    😠 😡 👿 😤 🤬 😾

  5. That was a really close game…
McDavid could have easily had 3 or 4 points this game.
    He's playing phenomenally.

  6. Hopefully this win gets the Oilers back on track to being a winning team. Campbell had a huge game, definitely his best game this season with a .945 save percentage, hopefully this game gets Campbell to start playing this good every or at least most games.
Vasilevskiy didn't play very well this game, he had a .896 save percentage.

  7. Much improved play from Fog and JP. Funny how players in deep ruts sometimes somehow find their game when it's 30 seconds to demotion. If JP can keep that up, He'll be getting some goals here. Smarter reads/plays from the Oil over all, but still to many "touch pass's" to the opposition, net front clears to one of the other teams most dangerous shooters etc, to be comfortable. Campbell came up large when the chips were down. What else can ya ask? Good win!

  8. I was impressed with Lindgren. Also, I haven't seen or heard any mention of Gustafson, but he seemed to be involved with most of the Caps' goals.
