If getting paid millions and millions of dollars to play a kid‘s game isn’t incentive enough, the only feasible “solution” is to stop paying people that much for a “job” they aren’t doing
I’d say paying old guys coming off of career years is what’s hampering the flames & will for the next decade based on some of those contracts.
