I mean Gutierrez asked for this, so I’m guessing the Coyotes are pretty confident in the vote and have a backup plan if it doesn’t go through
I don’t know why the Coyotes just walk and give it to the res at this point. It’ll take less time, be ready faster, and they don’t have to go through this.

Hmm, maybe I’m overly confident in the Coyotes to make a solid argument that a new entertainment district >>> literal landfill but it’s hard to say. I just want a solid answer and pushing that answer back by half a year sucks a lot. I guess it gives the Coyotes more time to figure out a plan B if worse comes to worse 🤷♂️
