Same thing Habs were doing last year. Starting rough

  2. Utahgetme02

If they’re behind two of the worst teams in the league, doesn’t that make them the worst team in the league?

As a Blues fan, I got several theories, but yes, it’s painful to watch 😭

Because the Jets are #1 in the Central! Blues might have won the Cup by beating us and retiring Byfuglien; but that was them and this is now. Laine for Dubois and trading draft picks for D on contracts is paying off. (Jets beat the Blues 4-0 on 11/24)

Same way you go from being at the bottom last year to the top this year.

Wait until halfway through the season and perhaps some of the anomalies will right themselves.

That hockey and remember it just the start of the season

Season still young. Plenty of time to get things back on track.

    They’re waiting for January

MTL went Stanley cup finals to dead last in the league.

let’s uh wait till we’re positive they’re dead, and even then wait till no amount of bullshit, pixie dust, or devil magic saves their season

Maybe the coyotes are good, maybehhhhh

There’s 82 games in a season. This means nothing

It’s a tough league to be consistent. Consider yourself lucky your team made the playoffs. And it’s very early season losts can change just root for em don’t try to coach

  14. As a devils fan, I’m hoping to ride the wave for a while because it’s been a long time

Teams are beginning to come back to Earth. St. Louis will heat up, Nashville will steadily make the wildcard area of the standings, and the management of the teams overachieving right now will step in and sell whatever is making them too successful to draft in the top-5. We’re just witnessing a loose leash before the GMs reel it back in to achieve their rebuild goals provided the flame isn’t lit too bright to get far in the playoffs.

    Edit: Spelling, Redundancies

Losing 8 games in a row will do it most of the time.

Because the Blues no longer have Sanford to fight during practice to correct the ship.

Doesn’t matter they’ll go on a huge winstreak and be back before march

Really bad salary cap management got the Blues here I mean htf are they cap strapped with no goalie no top DMen and almost no scoring? Outside of the captain they don’t have a player worth more then 3Mil a year
