i'll be first. i know i have already mentioned this. that offensive pace folks are high on. i've been saying that isn't sustainable. shut out twice in four games now. including 2-0 to az. yotes. a team isles should have been able to beat easily with any effort. yet the big weakness-offense-displayed its ugly head once again. barzal-0 goals. wahlstrom, 0 goals since game two. unless lee and nelson are on isles offense is toast. bailey useless. beau maddening inconsistent for top six forward. and to think what a proven scorer that could scare opposing d's on barzal's line to make it dynamic would do for isles offense. lou, do you get it? do you see the problem? 20 game mark is closing in. it is what it is after that. 3.5 gpg isn't sustainable and is going to dwindle down from there. man i just can't stand isles lousy offense. sorry for ranting about offense once again. good job gil.
Hi Gil—-Ty for a great show—-simple—we had a true sniper—this game is 2-1. Trade deadline? Can’t—-deal while Blues are dealing from weakness and you’re dealing from strength—-sorry I’m real pissed—-to lose this way to a team in this trip——inexcusable. Losses like this remind us to make a move soon—-panic of course not—-want to be elite? This is not the way to do it. Bad—bad—-bad loss—and eight rest want to be a “marginal playoff team” I guess we’re still “Ok”. Inexcusable!! No punch!!
