Luka score 30 a game sure but he limps and falls , grabs elbow and ankle and cries every game. No way he could do that every game.
It’s just tough honestly. When watching, maybe it’s the truly’s but they don’t feel like they have any direction. It’s watch Luka or Dinwiddie and everyone else shoot threes or drive and kick.
Just don’t get how professional ball players can’t make wide open shots (Dorian and Reggie and thj) and can’t put ball on the floor (Dorian and Reggie) . I can’t wait for all star break before kleber figures out how to shoot.

Luka shouldn't play the entire 3rd quarter. Play half the quarter and bring him back early in the 4th.Javale lost his starting because of performance. The same treatment should be applied to Reggie.
Like I said, going back to Powell as a starter is like hitting your head in the wall when we already know what happened last season.Mcgee was supposed to be the answer but the Mavs head office messed up.Shooters in the line up who rely on passes but cant hit a wide open shot and struggled on defense.Might as well try something else by letting Hardy to develop.Mavs signed guys in the free season but Jkidd is not even giving them a try is mind boggling knowing that the guys he put in the floor are not producing.

I actually prefer listening to podcasts after the Mavs lose, because I like hearing other people's opinion about the situation.
Reasons not to overreact: Kidd finally admitted to the losses being partly his fault (although he mentioned the whole coaching staff but hey, it's a start). I'm also feeling optimistic because Luka is willing to admit that he's tired and needs a day off and that everybody else understands that something has to change. It has been more than 10 games so I think at this point they will seriously reevaluate the situation. And as Nick said, Spencer is doing well, especially on a B2B games.

This is NOT a good roster.. it's too redundant! It's 4 players who can get their own buckets and the rest of the guys do the same thing! It's easy to stop & most importantly 🗣️ JASON KIDD IS NOT A GOOD COACH
Luka, Dinwiddie and C Wood are literally the only guys on the team that can get a shot for themselves. If one is out and one has an off night we are pretty much screwed.
Y'all never blame Luka. He never gets any kinda backlash. His defense is really bad at times. He dominates the ball. He just eludes us all with his stats.
Agreed, about that elephant thing in the house. But, the Mavs player acquisition team has ALWAYS sucked getting centers. Big Mac has the same awful numbers from the last time he was in a Mav Uniform. I cannot see what "they" saw in him to give up so much for so little. He trails the team and the defense getting back on offense. But, running from one end to the other takes all his energy. We would get better production from a fence post. I don't see any possibility of him doing better in the D league. That is farking pitiful. Sell him today at a loss coming out of the buyers pockets. Yep, they need to man up and pay 30% of their paycheck until that 3 mil thing is gone forever. We need to weed out the buyers of players too. Talent isn't as random as this team shows. Your 3rd, 4th, 5th, & now 6th most utilized players are all career 8 PPG or less scorers. JKidd thinks he's Pop now cause they made the WCF, being dragged offensively by Luka & sometimes JB. JB leaves so Luka's gotta be Wilt Chamberlain in the reg season & MJ in the playoffs for this team to win. Even if we get a 20 & 10 guy who can play off Luka, JKidd is gonna do some power trip BS since doing things his way is more important than winning.

cuban holds the franchise back. they should already be the most popular team in the World. Bird made the Celtics the most popular so did Magic with the Lakers but they had good owners that knew how to market the Franchise to the World. Doncic is as good as them but he doesn't have the Ceo of the Mavs that knows how to market the Team to the World.
maybe someday cuban will draft someone that actually plays. Spurs do it. Don Nelson did it. got to go young before you can be good. Instead every single player that cuban drafts he sits in the doghouse on the end of the bench for 2 years breaking their Spirit. which is actualluy a form of Torture that should be looked into by Lawyers that want to make some real money and help society.
I Gaurantee if Hardy was playing all this time, The Mavericks would have a better Record, They would be more exciting, They would have More Fans and he would be averaging 15 ppg on 60% shooting on dive cuts off the Doubles on Doncic. Also he would average 2.5 steals and 5.5 assists. The Mavs would be a BETTER TEAM!!!! There are 4 other Rookies and second year Guys that should be playing every game over 20 minutes. cuban was in the doghouse in his 20's so he likes to put all younger athletitic enthusiastic players on the end of the bench aswell breaking their Spirit.
Im torn because in a game like this Luka could have sat, but he also needs the conditioning clearly. Spencer was on fire. Luka played terribly and was the reason we lost. We need a big man to play better, Powell is not starting caliber and he played bad perimeter defense.
