Holy fuck, that was the most horri-awful 6 on 5 I’ve ever seen! The shambles were strong there!

  2. sometimesalwaysnope

We’re a good team, but not a great team. We’re no longer on the rise. And I don’t know how you change course now without making a major move. Very little prospects and very little picks. I think the window is passing us by.

  3. God forbid we go back to the top 6 that won us the last few games. It’s just so exhausting how stubborn Keefe has become when it comes to splitting up Matthews and Marner. He wants to act like a dumb fuck on Borje night.

  4. theguyishere16

Death by a million cuts. Too many giveaways and they end up in their own net. Also, still waiting for Matthews to really take a game over. He’s been good but nowhere near Hart Trophy winner form.

  5. leafscitypackersfan

At some point this isn’t just a slump and we gotta start calling Matthew’s out. The guy is invisible.

  6. jdragon3

that empty net sequence was embarassing for a regular game let alone with the legends in the building

  7. sookmewet

pathetic effort infront of some leaf goats, nothing more to say

  8. Volderon90

When the leafs are up it’s a two minute fucking siege from the other team and when we’re down we can’t do fuck all with the puck.

Also, what the fuck is wrong with Matthews this year? He isn’t shooting like he should AT ALL.

  9. Under 3 minutes left in the game, down a goal, the Leafs are playing their 4th line … and I can’t blame the coach because the 4th line actually looked best tonight. The absolute state of the Leafs.

  10. Otherwise_Volume2690

We fucking stink at scoring goals. Like bottom 1/4 of the league.

  11. Rude-Oven2747

    Nylander good

    Kallgren okay

    Marner & Matthews fuck off

  12. The_Beatle_Gunner

That’s how we honour Salming? Embarrassing

  13. ieastass69

Sheldon keefes boner of keeping Matthews and marner together is costing the team points. its not up to the buntings of the world or the kerfoots to get them going.

  14. Showtime98

This team is so boring to watch now, wtf happened to our swagger. Kampf line was only good thing about this game.

  15. CheckYourUnderwear

Called the score in the first and its just so predictable at this point

This team is fundamentally flawed built around a core that doesnt have what it takes to win.

  16. Dergle_McChurgleson

I’m so sick of watching the same core of losers give the same inconsistent efforts year in and year out

  17. Mrfantastic2

I really didn’t notice any of the big four except Willy. Mathews has not looked himself at all so far especially .

  18. labadee

What’s showing in front of a bunch of hall of famers. Dud performance.

  19. LevelDepartment9

not sure what this team’s identity is. no offense, team defence is garbage, doesn’t play a big rough game, can’t grind out wins.

  20. TheDeek

Are we the most boring team in the league? Top to bottom, this shit is corporate and vanilla. Never in my life have i been so disinterested in watching the Leafs.

  21. 15 games is a big enough sample size, and Matthews is not even a top 5 centre in the league right now. McDavid, Draisaitl, Eichel, Bergeron, Mackinnon all better players this far.

  22. ElephantShell34

Team is just not very good. I’ve appropriately modified my expectations at this point. No idea what the problem is but I guess this is just what it’s gonna be this year.

Could still potentially make the playoffs but not an elite team.

  23. Famous-Border-2242

Things need to change in Leafland. That 6-on-5 had how much caphit on the ice? 50 million? It should be Harlem Globetrotters out there. The opposition should be shitting themselves. Instead they are playing keep away against these so-called superstars.

Big change now please. Enough is enough!

  24. ripDarkk

This team man… it’s getting hard to watch

  25. Grand-Amoeba1832

I’m starting to think the Leafs are highly overrated lol. Their game plan is easily challenged now and they have no answer (hence no high octane play).

  26. souza-23

I haven’t seen Matthews do his signature top corner wrister once this whole season

  27. Level_Exercise_3939

We need a blockbuster trade. We have resources.

  28. 8bitguy1

I’m never watching this team again. See ya tomorrow
