This is a beauty! 9.5/10. But as a reversed retro it's a 10! And I love the fact that we obviously got into hockey around the same time.
This is perfect execution of being a reverse retro. Not 1:1 but slightly changing one thing about a beloved classic design.

Nobody cares about the NHL logo, its not part of any of the jersey designs. It's just to give the nostalgia of the old NHL days. I do not understand why it bothers you so much. Lol

Im pretty sure the lockout was 2004. Ovis rookie year was 2005. Yea the lockout was the 04-05 season. The collar year is refering to the 05-06 season
this is the best RR this year. Last year's caps RR is the best too. they have the best jerseys imo.
10/10 The only thing I can say is that this could have been used during the time they had this design in the late 1990s – early 2000s. It's perfect.

As a lifelong caps fan I absolutely love it…but I wish they would have used these colors with the Weagle on the front. Fans have begging for that to be a primary since it was introduced as a shoulder patch…
