Miller and Horvat are elite players and should be traded accordingly

  2. Bruins made Demko look like a xmas tree tonight

Kill us and let us be reborn. Do not forsake us to wander through the desert for eternity.

Is it to early to fire Yeo?

  5. Mac_Gold

Watching the Caps/Lightning game, Kevin Weekes reported two names to keep an eye on are Tocchet and Trotz

How much more does ownership and the front office need to see here? This team needs to be blown up and a full rebuild needs to take place now.

Holy fuck I’m so sick of being forced to use the Sportsnet Now app. I’m literally going to demand a refund and just illegally stream the rest of the games. It’s so, so, so bad.

One day I’ll wake up and watching a Canucks game won’t be in my plans, and that’s when I’ve found peace

Green, Bruce and whoever our next coach is are all going to take the fall for our incompetent management and core who play like they don’t give a fuck. They need to level the entire organization top to bottom, start fresh.

The defensive coverage is so so bad.

  11. Yeah we lost but that wasn’t the worst way to lose, they had some nice posession play in the 3rd! Does that matter? God no but I don’t totally regret watching the game!

Boston is the best comparison for us I think. We reached the pinnacle together in 2011. Since they they have been playoff regulars, contenders and made the final again. Since then we have continued a downward spiral while refusing to rebuild. If we blew it up after the Calgary series loss we could be well into a rebuild and beginning to enter the playoff picture, instead management kept slapping tape on the wagon until it was just all tape.

Blow it up, properly. This group has shown they do not deserve anyore chances and we’re fucking capped out.

Really puts it into clear perspective how much Benning and Aquaman have fucked this market.

Well, Rutherford said that at the end of this road trip he would make players more accountable. We’re at 3 losses in a row, it’s time to do something

  14. Please, sit Brock or trade him, he is brutal.

  15. Interbrett

Meh back to back against best team in league. Win in buff and go home

  16. FinancialStatus

Demko another -1.72 goals saved above expected. He now moves to top position as the worst goalie in the NHL (based on goals saved above expected). A stat which takes in account the quality of the defense

Feels like Bruce is being set up to fail by mgmt, ownership, and the players. Bruce is a damn good coach and we all know it; something has to be brewing behind the scenes for them to be playing this shitty.

I don’t know anymore, man. Different personnel, same results, same shit. Our special teams fucking suck. Blah blah blah PP isn’t that bad but explain why PP1 tends to stand around a lot and not fucking move their skates while PP2, in the limited time they get, made the Boston PK scramble and lose their positions?

The stark difference in the teams’ PPs are obvious. Boston moved both puck and skates around and our PK, as shit as they are, couldn’t do shit against that.

    I fucking hate it here.

In the olden days an embarrassed team would gel by going down fighting, literally. These days the kids just mope off the ice and the bleeding never stops.

Sure the old time hockey overall was too violent but it would be nice if they could find a happy medium between old and new because this is… just pathetic to watch. Players used to defend their honour or die trying.

  19. Any-Representative25

It is nice because you can make money betting against the Canucks when you are pretty sure they will lose.

  20. changeforgood226

Time to clean house boys. There’s something clearly wrong in the locker room because there is no giving a shit by them right now

  21. Hypercutter

If you want the positives after this game:

    PP stays hot.
San Jose wins which means we are now bottom 4 of the League standings.
    The games over.

  22. GangreneMachine

Remember when Boeser was picking corners on a prime Carey Price?

  23. steppewarhawk

Pain is the only feeling left. Bring on the rest of the season, I am immune to sadness. Just the all consuming pain that comes with being a fan of the Vancouver Canucks

  24. Calicoh_kid

These guys need to all spend a night at the Roxy to really come together as a team

  25. MajorMoose007

I’m not even mad anymore it’s just apathy at this point
