If you look close enough, the reason we’ve won the past few games is obvious.

    Rick Ball. That’s it.

  2. CaptinDerpII

CALL A COP, MARKY JUST ROBBED KOPITAR

  3. Shadow_Wave

Flames really tried to throw that game but Markstrom said no

  4. tmr-013

    Lindy 1st Star 🔥🔥🔥🇸🇪

  5. Maerkly

Not an inspiring way to finish. There’s a lot they need to do better. Glad for the two points though.

  6. moirende

Our defence and goaltending gotta get better.

  7. Monahan88

I’m truly shocked that a young guy, like Ruzicka, was given a fair opportunity, and looked good. Really shocked

  8. Thepinkillusion

we have to have a serious discussion about markstrom. I don’t think he played absolutely terribly, and the first 2 goals were not his fault in my opinion. But He keeps letting in unbelievably easy shots. It’s giving me major Mike smith vibes, with less of the attitude

What’s our record with Rick & Tanev healthy? Has to be good

  10. maybe_babyyy_

This is what the great one meant when he said stats are for losers. Either you make important saves or you don’t

  11. Sweet christ that last minute. My ass could turn coal into diamonds from how hard it was clenching.

  12. ChunkyMilkSubstance

Good game guys, that was a fun one

  13. JayTalk

A W is a W, and I think we played great for the most part, but holy fuck I wish we could score 6 goals and NOT have to be clenching in the final minutes.

  14. _sunburn

    Lindy take my ankle 🙁

Fuck it take both of them

  15. rye_by_night

Markstrom looked like Grant Fuhr tonight, He let in five but goddamn did he shut the door down on the sixth.

  16. arashinoko

A win’s a win, but a 6-3 win would have felt a lot better than just barely hanging on.

    Empty Net Update

    Net – 4 Flames – 0

  18. Duck_Caught_Upstream

74-6-2 is still on the table!

  19. TGDallow

Marky looked bad but made a massive save so its hard to be mad at him

  20. Shroomronaut

If Marky can tidy up his positioning and dirty rebounds a little bit I think he’ll be back on his game.

  21. Obviously not an ideal game but the line combos looked good. Hopefully we can build on this and tighten things up

  22. mikesquared_

How many fucking times are they gonna run loosey goosey into the ground

  23. psychedelicfoo

Can someone explain why Huby got a trip when he was hooked down and LA was getting possession of the puck – should the play have not been called dead and we have a powerplay?

  24. SlapLeft

Markstrom has the CLAMPS! Bada-climp, bada-clamp!!

  25. SKKforLife

We won but I’m shiftfaced pissed that they gave up 5 goals and almost gave up a sixth. We can’t expect to consistently win games when we’re bleeding goals like a like a stuck pig.

  26. Trufflehunter89

Markstrom is such an enigma. He’ll let in a beach ball then 10 seconds later make a 15 beller that saves the game.

  27. huuuuuyeah

Lindy looked hurt after that shot block. Fuck’s sake!

  28. scott-barr

Too close! Lewis bury that empty netter

  29. Embracat

Don’t want to give him too much grief, but Lewis my man… be less fucking casual on that empty net and we could have all relaxed.

  30. DOITLIKEBRUTUS

If the game had ended after 2, I would have been ecstatic about this game……That 3rd period was everything the 3rd period against the Jets wasn’t. Just an awful defensive showing (once again not even sniffing and EN goal ffs) against a team that could not stop collapsing themselves. I’ll give Markstrom credit for making that incredible save, but he also let in 5 goals on 30 shots in this one. He has to be better, and so does the D. If we play like this, we will lose far more than we win. Take that dub and run.
