Imagine, we are St. Louis from 2019. I am not predicting but I really want this to happen.
In the summer of 2019, St. Louis traded for Ryan O'Reilly and signed David Perron and they both had a slow start to the season. Same as the team.
They fired their head coach Mike Yeo right before the new year. And then from last place in the NHL to Stanley Cup Champions.
We traded for Alex DeBrincat and signed Claude Giroux. Giroux started with a hot start while DeBrincat is now starting to heat up.
Let's hope we fire D.J. Smith and hire a better coach that won't let DeBrincat pass more often and make him shoot more often.
And come from the last place of Atlantic to Stanley Cup Playoffs.
Also I really hope our luck comes.
Hope for the best, that being said it’s going to be tough trailing with out Chatbot. They have a lot of capable centers and with out Norris is a sore spot as well.
