I like that you guys touch on quite a few of the match ups and comparisons for this finals match up. Some channels only touch on the general. Plus, you guys kept it real. I had to subscribe.
Compher had back to back two-goal games. Last game against Blues and first game against Oilers.
The Bolts face a problem with the Avs that they haven't faced with other teams in the post season. If the Bolts 3rd and 4th lines can't score goals for them they won't win this series. I don't think Tampa can count on winning any games only scoring 2-3 goals. You are going to have to come out and score 4-5 goals a game to beat the Avs and that is if they are having an off night.

Great show guys, as a Lightning fan, i appreciate hearing the perspectives of both guys who know their teams so well. The Avs have been, by far, my favorite Lightning opponent out of the West for the past few years. Fun games to watch, regardless of the outcomes!
And you all did a great job discussing the various player and line matchups, I would have also liked to hear your perspectives on the coaching matchup, especially as it relates to Cooper's experience.

Makar was held in check a bit against St. Louis because the Blues made them pay at times for cheating up too much. Tampa is capable of doing the same and maybe better. Makar is going to be heavily involved, but, he’s not going to be clowning everyone like he was vs Edmonton. The Oilers were a 1 trick pony…that 1 trick was a hell of a trick. But, they had no business in a conference finals. Bolts, Leafs, Rags, Canes, Wild, Blues, and Pens would have beaten the Oilers in a series. If the Avs had beaten the Blues with Binnington playing at the level he was all series, I’d be more apprehensive. I respect the skill, but, Bolts in 6.

He needs to take that Bolts hat off. Colorado hasn't faced a goalie of vasy caliber! Bolts in 6, maybe 5 if they get used to the altitude by game 1
Bolts in 6. Avs havent had to overcome adversity in their run. Maybe a speed bump, sure. The Bolts are going to force them out of their game. Series is gonna look a lot closer in the outcome than it actually is. Bolts got here without Point the whole time. That guy skates like he is shot out of a cannon. Bolts are a very crafty team, top to bottom. Avs wont be able to adjust. I feel like they play one style, thats not gonna work.
