This team is a complete and total embarrassment so far this year. Their level of effort has been beyond pathetic. They've had nothing but Tippett style slow starts. It's a joke. If they keep this up, they're 100% missing the playoffs, and that will make this officially the most pathetic season in Oilers history considering what their expectations were.

Didn't think I'd say this, but Oilers are not well prepared for games this season and the same old mantra: Outcoached night after night. This isn't a playoff team right now.
There's a lack of confidence, energy & synergy. Like it or not, the major difference is Kane. His absence will greatly affect this team that lacks stones. Trade Drai while he still has perceived value–he's not going to get better with time.

Oh boy..L0L.. The bad news.. This D spends way to much time making the KeyStone Cops look like the Harlem Globetrotters. I'm not gona mention how many times I advised signing Russell to a cheap 1 yr deal from way last year and on. There is no depth there at all. Losing Larson was really harsh, but Russell's leaving is really brutal with this batch. This PK does not look good, so far this entire year. It looks flat out bad. On the Positives, JP is doing pretty well. I wouldn't be giving up on him anytime soon. H'es tuffing up a bit. If he just realized his one hand need only hold a vise like grip, as the other hand turns the opponent into base for a soup. The Fog was solid again! Nice plays, appears he's turned a corner in his development. I like this Koskin fello! Nice work, was dangerous to a degree. It proves my old theory that if the first 4 letters in a players name is "Kosk".. You Keep that Player!! Janmark was pretty good with the limited time had to work with. And Hyman..Fantastic! As I've said before, A 50X more talented Craig McTavish. Relentless with a really solid work ethic night in and night out. And Holloway, looked better tonight then any other game he's played this year imo.
If this type of play continues, Win or Lose, I think Holland is going to forced to make some deals before to long. Likely within 2 – 6 weeks.
Gotta give credit to LA they’ve played defense with blocking shots we had scoring chances but damn!!! got lot to say but I’ll keep it cool and stay patient… Let’s go oilers
It's either
1. Coaching and Jay can't get it done this year or
2. Connor and Leon are uncoachable this is there 4th coach and the the team still has the same issue dating back to 2018.
