I think Gullickson should’ve been the head coach he’s more experience look at him work with a power-play third best in the league I think he’s a solid coach that’s where the job should’ve went to

Jay is a good coach sadly his 2 stars are worried about individual stats and awards and also very uncoachable.
1) Too many goals against…61 in 17 games…5th/6th worst in league;
2) Trailing in 1st period in too many games
Stop learning hard lessons and start benching players that need to be benched!
If you go to Tampa Bay or Caroline, you pay well or don't play as much!
