Seems the kings needs an upgrade in net Quicks good but he's getting a little long in the tooth I think he is an awesome goalie but his back up is lacking not turning out to be as good as we thought we need a shisterkin
How is it possible that the Kings defense is far worse with Drew Doughty and Sean Walker in the line up? How is it our defense was much better last year with several rookies ? Perhaps it’s time to get Spence and Moverare in the lineup. Swap Moverare for a couple games with Edler and give him some rest. Let Spence swap for Durzi a couple games. We can’t do any worse can we ? Tmac…. Wake some players up and change up the D squad. What’s the definition of insanity ? Exactly !!! I can’t remember if Spence is waiver protected But we gotta try and mix it up at least for a string of games.
Not panic time for our D & turnovers cuz Calgary was 1 game whereas Kings had played good D with not too many turnovers in past 4-6 games. If they don't get a lot better vs. Oilers, then time to be concerned somewhat. Need to improve PP & PK, and to get back on track with D and reduce turmovers. Kings have not hit their full stride yet, but barring a collapse on this 4 game road trip, they are trending up. I still prefer Durzi @ RHD with Movarare or Bjornfot @ LHD for defense. Also want Blake to consider a trade for LHD's named Sanheim, Soucy, Edmundsen or Chychurn. GKG!

Despite our worries with which Kings team shows up on any given night…..It’s hard to believe, but we are tied for 5th in the league for the most points!! We have played more games than many, but still. That’s not half bad is it ?

Two seans, done and gone. But the team woke up against Edmonton. Calgary's first goal was kinda pathetic, but no way Quickie could predict a "swing-and-a-miss"! And #200 was still an accomplishment for Hubedeau (did I spell that right?). Anyway, Kaliyev had two good goals, way to many defensive mistakes…and they came back totally healed and ready for a better team in Edmonton. Could someone please tell those lazy a***** that Quick's job is to save the first shot. They're supposed to remove/move the puck thereafter. Stop thinkin' about your beachhouses and surfing and do your damned jobs!!!
