I would never acquire Tyler Myers. Let Dubas want him.
I'd like to see the Jets FINALLY give Heinola a chance but I'd be OK with getting Robertson in return especially with Ehlers out long term (assuming he is given a chance on the top line)

Ya, I don't see Dubas making a move for a young inexperienced player. I agree, they need experience and strength and a player who puts fear into enemies behind the line so to speak, Dubas has thrown all his chips behind his elite players and he knew there was a window, and I can't see him making any moves which would horizontal or push the shrinking window of time further back.
I can see the Leafs going for a solid stay at home D man as well as a solid 3rd or 4th line center. They don't need another "star" player, they just need to strengthen the forward lines down the middle at 3rd or 4th. Just an opinion.

I like Jost. I hope he can turn things around. I don’t think he’ll ever live up to his 10th overall pedigree, but he could still blossom into a serviceable bottom six forward in this league. I’m not an Aves or Sabres fan, but I’ll be pulling for him.

Zaitzev is playing in the minors and used his NTC to vito the trade? i highly doubt that it was Myers again!!!! he vito his trade to islanders last draft day when he was packaged with jt miller. zaitzevs getting thrown under the bus because no one cares like they would if they found out myers rejected again.
I'd happily take a zaitsev for Myers trade.. but I have a feeling the sens would have to give up another asset or 2
Canucks would never do this, they only save 1,5 mil, to lose a D for nothing. Myers for a draft pick would be better
