I’m pissed.
Star players aren’t stepping up with the exception of Tkachuk. Not only are they not stepping up but they’re lolly gagging around. Very irritating. Barkov is pissing me off lately and he shouldn’t have even been a consideration when it came to the shootout after the game he had. He’s not automatic in the shootout anymore he lost that touch a few years ago. Now Lundell, that kid is the definition of automatic in the shootout.
3-6 vs. current playoff teams now
Where’s this “defensive system” “smart hockey” “hard nosed style” that Maurice was supposed to employ? This has been embarrassing this year. Worse defense than last year. Zero energy, zero back check, atrocious face off percentage, defensive players out of position, sloppy passing, turnovers in the offensive zone, clearing the puck down the middle of the ice. It’s just god awful not to mention penalties. Maurice has this team with no fire, no discipline, no grit, no smarts. We suck dude.

Wow what a game . Close game, both teams mad lots of mistakes on defence and Markstrom was okay, he had one of mistakes. Panther defence gave the nice gifts to Flames, at least Flames scored on those turnovers. Panther mad lot of turnovers. If you wasn’t to win the Stanley Cup that need to clean up.
