I've never heard such bullshit in my entire life! The Sedins were colossal failures! They never got the job done! Never before has an NHL player in a game 6 of the Stanley Cup Final allowed an opposing player to use his face as a speedbag, but that's exactly what Daniel Sedin did when Marchand got in his face. No pushback came whatsoever, and the Casucks ultimately came out of that series empty handed because of those 2 losers. What a joke polluting the HHoF with clowns like that! Absolutely disgusting!

Boudreau clearly was not Rutherford's guy fro the get-go. He had a team and coach option to return a second year, and Rutherford gambled and hoped by not extending him, Bruce would walk. But Bruce chose to return without a contract extension, thinking that what he built last season would continue to grow. And Rutherford and Allvin went on to re-assemble the lineup by re-signing Boeser and Miller, signing Kuzmenko, Mikayhev, Lazar and Joshua, in the process maxing out the team's cap while doing absolutely NOTHING to upgrade the team's suspect defence. Demko has started the season in a funk like goalies sometimes does, and the team's porous defence is showcased everywhere. Not to mention that the team allowed both Brad Shaw and Scott Walker to leave the organization, promoting Trent Cull who couldn't get the baby Canucks past one round in the playoffs, and bringing in Mike Yeo who is a mediocre coach at best…
You can say all you want about Bruce Boudreau lacking system, not knowing analytics, etc., but this team's trouble has much more to do with the incompetency of Jim Rutherford and Patrik Allvin than anything else.
Vancouver Canucks season is over already .The president did not get proper dman in the offseason to help this team moving forwards.

Canucks may be a none playoff team but they always win enough to stay out of the draft lottery. Commit to winning or commit to losing because this staying in the none playoff grey area is not working and never has.
You guys say the goaltending is struggling? No! The goaltending is awful and when you have terrible goaltending it effects team play as everyone is afraid of making a mistake. Until the goaltending improves we have no chance of competing.
They could resign Petterson if they got a great young Center to play 2nd line center for the Canucks. We don't have a great 2nd line center, Horvat is obviously a great offensive player but we need another counter-attacking center a la Petterson to counter the ever-growing list of teams with two great lines. If they want to tank, just trade Horvat.
Tank 4 Bedard‼️or at least be able to get top 3 prospects or WIN but don't end up in no man's land and pick 12th? and stay mediocre again and not improving
