This conversation is pointless. He doesn’t want to play in Canada and the leafs have 3 $10 million+ players already. And Nylander also making great money. And I believe they all have no trade clauses. Which player under long term contract would agree to go from a stud contender to Calgary for a rebuild? Let’s use a little logic here. The leafs need to leave the team alone. Tweaks only needed. They we’re really good and close last season. That series was one bounce away from going either way. The leafs can’t have every shiny new player. It’s ridiculous.
