I lost all respect for Jeff Skinner when he was nagging and goading the Montreal bench after going up 7-2 in the game. I understand that he didn’t appreciate the cross check earlier in the match, but Buffalo were literally on an 8 game losing streak, and when you’re already up in the match by that many goals, there’s no point to have a complete lack of sportsmanship and respect. I thought Skinner was more mature than that.
Buffalo had lost 8 in a row before this game, but not because of a lack of offense. They now have four players at, or above, a point per game (Thompson at 26, Dahlin at 23, Tuch and Skinner each at 19 points in 19 games). Their offense is crazy good with that top line. And they have another 6 guys scoring at least half a point per game. And now with Samuelsson and Girgensons back healthy, and with Jost added, hopefully the defense continues to improve.
If this game doesn't tell the habs to do everything possible to sit savard!!!!!! He sucks & I really dont think w need a goalie. That all savard does is try to block shots
Very first goal, Caufield and Suzuki turned slowly behind Saber's net and trailed way behind. Maybe, maybe it's was a way to be forget by the Sabers and they were counting on a counter attack.

I feel like Thompson is pretty much the best player on the ice no matter who they play…..that’s a superstar.
