We played well enough to win.. gee, I think I've heard that about 10 times this year… if we play like this we'll win games.. where is Revo when you need him? Why is he in Minnesota now? I can see the post game show for Saturday already.. we were tired. We wanted to play well but you know, the West Coast trip and coming back home, we will be ready for the next one. He never runs out of excuses. There's always an excuse for every reason they lose .. how about just coming out and saying the other team which happens to be the worst team in hockey, out played my team. Until there's a statistic that counts goal posts and crossbars, the only thing that counts is a win or a loss.. I guess they forgot why they got Revo in the first place.. maybe they were not playing strong enough? Or they were getting pushed around? So I guess now it's okay to get pushed around again.. I don't see any player that takes revo's place..

This team hasn't got a winning mentality. Not enough fierce drive to get the puck over the line and into the net. Halak's rotten goaltending is beside the point. If the Rangers had the mental attitude like the Bruins they would have won the game against a team like the Ducks no matter how many goals Halak let in.
Halak is terrible. Gallant is trying to be professional about it, but he knows. If we had a halfway decent backup, Rangers would probably have 3 more wins and 3 less losses.
