The Heathering from my understanding represents the flags themselves. The ripped and tattered and heathered flags because of the strength and wind of the hurricane.
Also if I'm ranking those 11 jerseys here is what I would do

Living in South Carolina I've always followed the Hurricanes and there my 2nd favorite team…But other than the rebook rebrand there Jerseys have always been top notch
One thing I keep seeing people miss is the negative space between the flags on the newest black jersey. It makes the state outline.
Just found this video. Thanks for sharing your thoughts! I agree with placing the late-stage Reebok reds at the bottom. I've joked before that if Harris Teeter had a clothing section, that jersey would be on the rack. I know HT is a grocery store but it just looks like something you'd find in the sports section at a department store and it doesn't help I've seen cardboard cutouts of players back during that time and Ron Hainsey had his own sub sandwich there.
Do you know if there’s any way to get the away Jersey on the right hand bottom of the screen?
I agree the 2013 -16 uniforms were bad. and meh
