this is honestly pointless, the tournament isn’t for another 3 years. anyone could breakout, and anyone could have a slump. especially someone like Seth Jones, someone like Sanderson could easily take his spot in 3 years. Alex Pietrangelo in 3 years? Kuemper in 3 years? these are all so questionable

It’s rare, even with the talent up front, that the Goaltending is not A+++ for both sides

I was fooled by these interesting roster configurations. The American team is going to be really good but you’ve posted a Canadian team without O’Reilly, Bergeron, Stamkos, and Tavares who’s probably questionable anyway.
The fact that these 2 teams have played a best in best game in so long is a crime. They need to do an exhibition at least. Like come on…

I know he’s an extra but I can’t imagine leaving guentzel off the team USA roster.

Canada by a slight margin! The US team is going to be highly competitive! Special teams will be the deciding factor.
