to dryly say that whatever the other person said was ridiculous. Especially if it’s a hot take or something controversial or even just silly.
I think it is all in fun, It is just a little amplified on our local broadcasts vs when they work together on national broadcasts.
They worked together lots at NBC, maybe TNT. Just friendly banter
I think that’s pretty typical for John, I’m sure it’s all in good fun. The only person I felt that he legitimately could not get along with was Pierre Maguire.
It just sounds like they are joking around to me. They just have a dry sense of humor and like to poke fun at each other
I definitely agree there’s some growing pains showing. I prefer John and JT together but Olczyk provides some great commentary. In time they will blend together.
Don’t think you’re reading into it. My family always gives each other glances as if to say « are you hearing this? »
It isn’t normal to jab each other like they do so often. It’s like two alphas trying to assert dominance. It’s weird and doesn’t make for good commentary.
Don’t sweat it, these are totally friendly chirps. If anything I think they like each other a lot. I think this is a culture gap for us, back east this sort of thing is normal to kinda rag on your best friends. If you know someone well, it’s just fun. I think it’s just their sense of humor
I think they have a very brotherly charm and it makes me laugh.
It’s 100% shtick, they’ve been working together for years.
