reminds me a little bit of the SCF between VAN vs BOS
VAN up 2-0… close games but VAN was clearly the somewhat better (skilled) team in both games. then Game 3, a big injury, and then VAN gets trounced — same thing here. big injury at 1-0 and then WSH gets trounced. BOS rallied around that injury and their goalie stood on his head — not unlike CAR this game

Reminds me of a game against Montreal in the first run to the Cup where we beat them 8-2, I think. The RBC was packed for the away game. You would have thought the game was at home it was so loud and fun. Keep it up, CANES!!!
