no rush, over ready works for me. hopefully some trades can open a spot by the end of the season.

Savard and eddy will be moved over the next 2 seasons surely he’ll take one of their spots

There are a couple players in Laval that should get consideration for a NHL spot next year. Anthony Richard, Ylonen and maybe even Simoneau

In a vacuum, 6–6-12 looks good.
But what does the rest of his game look like? Has he been good in transition and, importantly, his own end?
Even more so, who’s shot would he be taking? Harris? Kovacevic, Xhekaj? All have been good at the higher level and Guhle has been even better.
Should he be the call up when/ if a dman is hurt or traded? Sure. But until then, let him continue good play in the A.

I saw him live in Hershey a few weeks back, willing to give him the benefit of the doubt because the Rocket were playing their 3rd road game in 3 nights. Plus they were playing less than 24 hours after an OT game…but…he was by far the worse defenseman on the ice. He was directly responsible for 2 GA.
Based on what I saw in preseason and in Hershey, I’d say he is fine where’s he’s at. He’s not ready and that’s okay. No need to rush.

Went to my first ever AHL game last friday and Barron was the best D by far imo
