LD is the biggest concern for me though RD isn't exactly overflowing with sunshine and rainbows. If Nurse is injured do you honestly think Kulak could step in? Do you think Murray could handle 2nd line minutes and Broberg or Neims for the 3rd line. On the right side if Ceci goes down can Bouch or Barrie step in? Do either of those players have the defensive skill Ceci has? The answer to these questions is pretty much No (Kulak, Murray, Bouch, Barrie). You need better on both sides as an Oh Crap situation filler and we don't have it. We wouldn't have to score as much (with great wingers) if we didn't have a sieve for a D (including forwards that aren't pulling their defensive weight). Sucks but I think forwards are the least of our problem it's the D that needs help stat. Great vid as always. Take care all.

I like the max domi idea 💡. Kerfoot in Toronto is another forward that would be interesting. For a dman there is the dman in Boston that just got demoted to make room for macavoy. He might be a good fit here
Spec is throwing the idea of bringing back Archibald. We currently got Kostin in the bottom 6 and Malone. Let’s continue to see what kind of grit they offer is how I feel. But adding more without removing them isn’t bad. I’m not sure how I feel about trading JP anymore. In the playoffs, off-season and beginning of the season I didn’t care if he was traded but he’s starting to become effective. So now I kinda want to keep him around until a worth while trade comes around. Trade Yamo 🤷♂️? I really like Domi. If Domi wants to be in Oil Country oh man what a top 9 we could have with Kane back and Holloway after some experience. I’m all for Domi, imagine if it worked out somehow and we got him signed for 3 or 4 years next off-season. LD though is a major concern for me though still as Niemo and Broberg should be the 7th D learning the ropes not a 3rd pairing. Although I really like Niemo Smash and think Broberg has potential for high skill puck moving. It takes time to develop. If Broberg can handle the 3rd pairing though, Niemo should be up and playing every night as 7th D with the task of hitting everything that moves. We really are completely betting on Broberg it seems. Fingers crossed.
