He's expected to be out 5-7 weeks, so he's not locked into the first round yet. And if he does come back in time for the start of the playoffs, it's possible he's not 100%.

I am hopping on the Florida bandwagon. Always kind of been a fan as you can’t be a Canucks fan and not love the panthers. But now with the Canucks likely not making the playoffs and hopefully selling at the deadline (except for Miller) I am now hoping for another florida cup. (Not Tampa)

There's nothing wrong with that. If it were the canucks doing this, I'd be all for it. The only problem I have with what happened with kucherov, is that he should have to play at least 1 game in the regular season to be eligible for the playoffs.
We will continue to see teams use this loophole until the NHL fixes it, I think every contender will start doing it
